Product Manager / Sports & Exchange 

We are seeking a Product Manager to join the Betfair International Sports & Exchange team, part of Flutter UKI. You’ll be joining a dynamic team spread across Leeds, Dublin, Malta, Cluj and London, driving product innovation and delivering customer value. In this role, you’ll manage a 1-2 year roadmap for up to 3 development squads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement data-driven improvements that enhance user experience. Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving business are essential. Occasional travel and flexibility to support business needs are required. 

What You’Ll Do:

• Be part of the wider Product Management function, which includes Project Managers, Product Managers, Product Designers, Content Management and Operations teams. 
• Identify product opportunities that enable Brand strategy and map with the key results 
• Create and manage the 1-2 year roadmap for multiple development squads in Sports & Exchange, ensuring smooth alignment either with brand strategy and stakeholders expectations 
• Become the voice of the customer, making sure all customer feedback channels are monitored, and relevant feedback is captured and actioned in a timely manner 
• Provide clear product direction and focus on measurable outcomes and success metrics 
• Live and breathe experimentation mindset, creating and testing hypothesis that seek to continuously optimize customer journeys across all territories 
• Analyse customer and commercial data to inform decision making. Partner with product analytics to define your area KPI’s 
• Define product features, write high-level requirements and present lean initiative canvases to the wider product group. 
• Conduct market and competitor research to own the basis of your product market fit. 
• Collaborate cross functionally, negotiate scope and support the PO to ensure seamless product development. 
• Review, measure and assess initiative success through performance monitoring. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders, internal and external across all brands within Flutter 
• Contribute to Flutter Edge, our customer facing platform, as well as understand how we can leverage the contribution from other divisions 
• Be autonomous, make decisions and escalate where required 
• Flag inefficiencies with current processes and ways of working 
• Work closely with regulatory compliance, to ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards 

What You’Ll Bring:

• Previous Product Management experience  
• Passion for Sports and knowledge of the sports betting industry 
• Experience within scaled agile development environment 

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Ability to prioritise a demanding and complex workload 
• Ability to use analytics and information to problem solve 
• Microsoft packages, Confluence and JIRA (or similar) 
• Ability to often switch context

• Up to quarterly travel to Cluj, Dublin, London, Porto, Malta, Leeds 
• Pivot and support areas outside of your remit where the business needs 
• Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines and sometimes high-risk implications
