Role Overview

Reporting to the Gaming Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our gaming promotional offers, streamlining manual processes, and enhancing the customer journey with faster updates on promotions. This role requires a positive, flexible, and proactive approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality content and promotions while collaborating with commercial teams and other collaborators. Your energy, enthusiasm, and ability to embrace change will help drive operational excellence and an outstanding gaming experience for our customers.

What You’Ll Do

• Develop deep expertise in the tools used for content and promotional execution, including IMS, CPP, Prismic, Trello, and others.
• Own and execute the Onsite Content Plan (Gaming and Xsell), ensuring promotions align with commercial priorities.
• Implement content and promotional plans, including promo setup, content placement, game releases, and site segmentation, following Trello/Confluence workflows.
• Provide input into promotion planning to ensure workload and capacity are properly managed.
• Create gaming assets, manage T&Cs for all offers, ensuring clarity, compliance, accessibility, and accuracy.
• Understand market-specific regulations and support the rollout of new gaming products/features, including user acceptance testing and thorough content review before launch.
• Leverage automation tools to optimize campaign delivery wherever possible.
• Maintain a comprehensive repository of promotional offers.
• Continuously improve promo execution processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the International Gaming Ops Senior Executive on operational aspects of commercial initiatives, including new acquisition offers and CRM journeys.
• Act as a point of escalation for customer support queries related to promotions.

What You’Ll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in an e-commerce or digital operations environment, ideally in content, product, or promotional execution.
• A strong commitment to operational discipline, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• An open-minded, adaptable approach and willingness to learn from past experiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and regions.
• Awareness of regulatory, compliance, product, and cultural differences across markets, ensuring localized and relevant gaming experiences.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, adapt to changes, and support new initiatives.
• Familiarity with e-commerce tools and processes, including Prismic, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship-building skills and drive.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience resolving operational issues in an online organization.
• Knowledge of and interest in the real-money gambling landscape.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in an additional language (Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Portuguese) is desirable.
