The Vice President of Community Health and Impact will be a visionary leader and play a pivotal role in advancing the Advocate Health enterprise strategy to eliminate health disparities and build healthy communities. This innovative leader will be responsible for translating identified social drivers into scalable and actionable solutions that resonate with our communities, patients, and teammates. Reporting to the President of the National Center for Clinical and Community Impact (CCI), this role will lead a “patient to policy” approach that bridges grassroots community work with system-level advocacy, positioning Advocate Health as a national leader in community health innovation.   This role is pivotal in leveraging AI, technology, and creative approaches for significant and quantifiable impact. The Vice President of Community Health and Impact sits at the intersection of key teams both internal to the organization and external – offering a unique opportunity to design holistic and inclusive solutions that break down barriers to health inequities, creating lasting change in the communities we serve. This role will work hand in hand on the strategic objectives led by CCI Vice President, Clinical Impact and CCI Vice President, Social Drivers of Health.
