• Drive automation initiatives using tools like UiPath and Power Automate.
• Configure and optimise ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, custom workflows).

• Proven experience in enterprise application platforms and automation.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in agile environments.
• Understanding of IT governance and compliance in regulated sectors.
• Certifications in ServiceNow, UiPath, or equivalent are highly desirable.
