Where You’Ll Be:

This position will be based in Anderson, South Carolina.

What You’Ll Do:

• May be tasked to perform any operational activities required in the production of products produced in the Anderson facility.  This will include equipment, all processes, material handling equipment and/or any support-related responsibilities as needed. 
• Trains new associates on job tasks and assists in follow-up of quality issues.

• Troubleshoots Functional Defects.

• Repair Workmanship Errors.

• Will provide operational coverage for planned/unplanned absence, training/cross-training and other reasons as required for plant operations. 

Qualifications And Basic Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years' experience operating machines and equipment, troubleshooting appliances or mechanical system. 
• 1+ years' experience with assisting with quality issue resolution and process improvements. 
• Must be able to successfully complete lock out training within 30 days. 
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to successfully complete MHE training/certification.  
• Must have achieved EMS Yellow Gear Certification and/or complete within 30 days of hire.  
• Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis. 
• Able to stand for the majority of the shift.
