The Senior Performance Manager leads performance monitoring, analyses operational metrics, and drives improvements to meet the Employer’s objectives. Candidates should possess a degree in Business or Operations Management, at least 15 years of experience in performance management, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making skills.

They shall ensure that each O&M Contractor meets their contractual requirements in terms of operational performance. They will also have experience in operations planning for a driverless metro and will be responsible for tracking and analysing deviations from targeted performance levels, ensuring that O&M Contractors propose and successfully implement corrective measures.

They are responsible for measuring each O&M Contractor’s KPI performance and must be capable of evaluating and adjusting performance where and when required. The Senior Performance Manager shall also be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and reporting on the KPI regime.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance & Kpi Oversight:

  • Lead the monitoring and analysis of operational performance across all Metro services.
  • Ensure that each O&M Contractor meets contractual performance requirements.
  • Track and analyse deviations from targeted performance metrics.
  • Measure and audit the performance of each O&M Contractor against defined KPIs.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Corrective Action Management:

  • Ensure that O&M Contractors propose and implement effective corrective measures.
  • Evaluate the impact of corrective actions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Take accountability for review of the RAMS analysis.

Data & Digital Systems:

  • Take responsibility for revieing and analyzing data.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of data.
  • Prepare detailed dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure cyber integrity for the digital systems.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on performance goals.
  • Support performance-related workshops and reviews with the Employer and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in performance management, preferably in the rail or metro sector.
  • Proven experience in operations planning for driverless metro systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with performance frameworks and KPI regimes in transportation infrastructure.
