Job Details
We’re looking for a Market Access and Commercialization Manager to shape strategies that ensure innovative therapies reach patients efficiently and equitably. With rising complexity in healthcare systems and tighter public budgets, early and effective market access planning is key to successful launches and long-term growth. This role is about removing barriers, anticipating challenges, and making sure patients get the right treatment—at the right time, place, and price.
Responsabilities:
- Evidence Generation: Gathering clinical and economic data from the partners (Marketing Authorization Holders) to prove the product's value to payers and other stakeholders.
- Pricing and Reimbursement: Defining the product's price and negotiating with payers (like insurance companies or government health systems) to secure coverage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building relationships and communicating the product's value to payers, providers, and patients.
- Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR): Demonstrating the product's value and impact on patient outcomes.
- Channel Strategy: Defining the most effective ways to reach and serve the target audience.
- Launch readiness: Secure all parameters for the successful launch are achieved in all given markets (Romania, Poland, Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Baltics – CEE).
- Marketing and Sales: Creating awareness and making the product available through the right channels.
- Regulatory Alignment: Securing the necessary approvals to sell the product in the target market.
- Post Graduate Executive education is a plus.
- Extensive experience in Pharmaceutical business (+10 years) in Romania and preferably other CEE countries
- People management, multicultural diversity is a plus.
- Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluency in Romanian, English.
- Mobility – travel 50%.

Requirements:
Minimum Skills Required:
- Academic background: University Graduate in HealthCare sciences: Medicine, Pharmacy, or related.
- Market Access experience with focus on stakeholders management (national health authorities, national healthcare associations, trade associations etc)
- Experience in innovative specialty care launches in various therapy areas.
P&L Management.
- Partnerships / alliances management experience.
