• As a Sr. Associate, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management, you will be trusted to drive strategic customer engagement and commercial growth across designated accounts in Sweden.
• In this role, a typical day will include:
• Collaborating with eye care professionals and internal stakeholders to solve access and delivery challenges
• Developing and executing tailored sales and business plans to meet account-specific targets
• Building long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their needs and proposing impactful solutions
• Leading contract negotiations and guiding initiatives that support account development
• Organizing customer events and contributing to strategic planning with marketing and medical teams

What You’Ll Bring To Alcon:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
• Several years of experience in sales, account management, or healthcare industry roles
• Strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to interpret market data
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on customer success and compliance
