- Handle urgent shipments involving planners, dispatchers, and engineers (BU, R&D, Assembly, Chute Yield, PE)
- Support Fab resiliency projects and coordination with ADTH & ADGT.
- Manage packing and shipping for Corr wafer and Penang Assembly requests.
- Resolve AOI issues, especially when lots cannot move; expedite AOI lots as needed.
- Arrange packing materials, including recycled boats.
- Submit and manage e-Requests for material or process needs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipment issues.
- Scrap and terminate lots when required.
- Plan and coordinate OT (overtime) for Diebank and AOI operations.
- Support Weekly & Quarterly CCA reporting.
- Process and follow up on ECN (Engineering Change Notice) requests.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Trim and Probe/ wafer sort or Final test exposure will be added advantage
- Willingness to support operations in a dynamic 24/7 environment when required.
- Able to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skill.
