Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the management team with office organization, scheduling, and task management.
- Create, manage, and participate in company events, community outreach, and business development activities.
- Design and prepare marketing materials such as flyers, posters, giveaways, and digital content (Canva, Photoshop, or other graphic design tools).
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, update social media platforms, and contribute content for newsletters.
- Track, manage, and report leads using HubSpot CRM; follow up with potential customers, clients, vendors, and referral partners.
- Maintain professional and efficient communication with clients, staff, vendors, and caregivers.
- Coordinate and order supplies, marketing items, and resources needed for business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure completion of pending office tasks and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
- Excellent English communication skills (professional, clear, and influential); bilingual preferred.
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM (experience a plus), Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Canva.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Digital marketing and social media management skills, including content creation and analytics.
- Graphic design experience preferred.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find effective solutions.
- Ability to interpret data, monitor sales performance, and make informed decisions.
- Project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills for accurate data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must live near North San Diego or surrounding area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to attend and represent the company at community and professional events.
- Flexibility to work on special occasions or events that may take place after hours, weekends, or holidays.
