We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on aggressively identifying and securing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a proven track record of closing deals, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for winning new clients.Key Responsibilities:
• This is a hunter sales role with no accounts provided
• Proactively hunt, identify, prospect, and engage potential new clients across target
markets and industries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales
targets.
• Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor solutions that address their unique
business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and
closing.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with
business goals.
• Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting with accuracy.
• Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and
increase brand awareness.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting
new business.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools.
