Core Responsibilities
- Leading digital & offline media execution across the region in communication and media planning
- Deploying the regional media strategy across traditional and digital ecosystem of owned, earned and paid channels
- Driving budget decisions for media channels and taking responsibility for budget process
- Playing a key role in local digital marketing activations supporting e-commerce and brick&mortar teams
- Driving content support for our owned digital platforms, while looking for the relevant opportunities with partners’ platforms
- Suggesting non-standard digital activations building coolness of a brand among kids
Play your part in our team succeeding
As a media & digital manager you’ll be part of 2 people team reporting to Senior Digital Marketing Manager, whole under Marketing Department (next to Brand, PR/Events, Planning & Performance and Trade Marketing sub teams). You’ll be responsible for shaping the visibility of LEGO brand in 5 countries – Poland, Ukraine and Baltic countries. We’re searching for a person dedicated not only towards paid but also owned, shared (Retail & Ecommerce) and earned marketing (including PR activities).
Do you have what it takes?
- Digital marketing experience from agency or premium consumer brand
- Experience working in non-traditional marketing inclusive of influencer, video, mobile, social, retail, content marketing, native advertising etc.
- High level of understanding digital measures and platforms such as Google Analytics, Gemius, Meta, IAS or similar
- Track record of defining digital strategies and complex digital media eco-systems and its successful roll-out
- Strong communication and presentation skills (PPT + Excel knowledge)
- Strong analytical skills and business stamina with a proven track record of utilising data to drive business results
- Native Polish and fluent English
