What You Will Be Doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Product Manager for Analytical Systems to join our team in Derby.
Reporting into the VP Digital Strategy, you will define the strategy, build the roadmap, and facilitate the delivery of the analytics and lifing services architecture supporting our Customer and Engineering teams. Specifically, you will manage the vision, roadmap and delivery oversight of our billing analysis and optimisation capabilities, our reliability models for forecasting engine removals, and our life-limited part lifing service (DACS), managed within our IntelligentEngine portfolio.
This will include liaising with business owners, users, development teams and the wider digital product management team to ensure we have effective and efficient systems in place to orchestrate our Customer & Aftermarket business.
You will be a recognised leader in the business, working closely with both business and IT leadership layers and able to influence at all levels, working within a team of Product Managers to ensure business outcomes are met. Specific knowledge of analytics methods and modelling, DataBricks and agile development methodologies is helpful but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
You will identify new capabilities across the business to ensure maximum benefit is achieved from IT’s delivery capacity.
- Drive a strategic agenda to maximise return on investment through our analytics products and lead and organise business requirement workshops.
- Provide business analysis throughout the whole change life cycle - requirements gathering, requirements analysis, writing functional specifications, development support and testing through to implementation and measuring business improvements.
- Work in close partnership with IT delivery teams to ensure all changes are effectively scoped, analysed and delivered to achieve the best return on investment.
- Be recognised as the expert in our analytical solutions and provide guidance and support to the global user base.
