What you will be doing
The Service Analysis and Life Cycle Engineering department comprised teams of holistic engineers managing the safety, reliability, maturity and lifecycle cost of our growing product portfolio. It is envisaged that you will drive efficiency improvements through our product and flow lines which are business critical parts of the organisation.
You will manage Integration/Improvement projects across multidisciplinary Delivery- / Capability- and Project- teams throughout initial identification until full implementation to strengthen our business delivery targets.
- You will lead and manage holistic value streams to ensure that appropriate reviews take, and priority conflict are balanced according to the business needs and to reduce TRT.
- Responsibilities
- Act as a prime project interface to plan, align and improve the entire workflows between internal (Lifecycle-, Methods-, MRO-, Repair- and Tec Response Engineering as well as Mod Flow Line) within the Delivery Organisation
- Develop, establish and maintain a strong Cross functional Operational Model to ensure that all activities are fully compliant with the company quality system
- Develop and communicate plans for delivering the work on time and manage all costs and resources to ensure delivery
- Implement effective Risk Management and a KPI’s system to ensure appropriate Programme Gated Reviews take place
- Ensure appropriate resources are deployed, directed and co-ordinated

Who we’re looking for
- Qualified to at least degree level.
- Domain knowledge commensurate with focus and size of project.
- Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets and driving to schedules.
- Engineering and technical competence, sufficient to enable decision making commensurate with size of project.
- Experience in leading an Engineering team.
