Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI’s which directly impacts the network’s reliability

What are you accountable for?

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining key network KPI’s which directly impacts the network’s reliability
• Ensuring network growth by supporting sites roll out projects in order to gain coverage and dominance by expanding network footprints
• Ensuring technology development growth by supporting its projects from core to RAN in order to meet the evolving network technology
• Ensuring Preventive Maintenance scheduling and adherence on network elements as per requirements are done and Corrective Maintenance to follow through
• Ensuring constant and reliable communications with Business Units to understand its needs which unique to regions and translate them towards the network’s outputs
• Ensuring prompt and immediate response to governing bodies representative (ie SKMM) on O&M related issues
• Ensuring random sites inspection for BIS are done as per policy requirement and all feedbacks generated via the official mainstream applications
• Managing base spares, test gears and documentations in ensuring adherence to company guidelines and processes
• Maintaining network element/equipment of such as DWDM, OLT, GPON, MXU, IPMAN,SDWAN,FWA,SWITCH & ROUTER

What do you need to have for this role?

• Diploma or Degree in Electronics Engineering,  Electrical Engineering or in Telecommunication or similar  
• 3 Years of work experience and 1-3 Years of relevant experience in similar capacity
• Information Technology skills
• Electrical / Electronic skills
• Communication skills
