Demand Planner - CoE

Join GSK as a Demand Planner in our Center of Excellence (CoE) team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping accurate and data-driven sales forecasts. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute statistical baseline forecasts using advanced tools like SAP IBP, ensuring accuracy and alignment with planning calendars.
- Maintain and validate master data in forecasting systems to support seamless operations.
- Collaborate with demand forecasting managers to refine forecasts based on insights and feedback.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve and escalate system or technical issues to ensure timely execution of forecasting activities.
- Support commercial teams in uploading forecasts into relevant systems, ensuring data integrity.

Basic Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- 1–2 years of experience in demand forecasting or analytical roles, ideally in a pharmaceutical or similar environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in forecasting systems, preferably SAP IBP/APO, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and their application in business contexts.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage complex processes.
- Ability to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

This role is based on-site in Pakistan.
