Position Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage logistics operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment in Belgium. You will oversee the filling process, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily logistics operations related to the filling process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources, including personnel and equipment, to meet production schedules and optimize efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Lead investigations into operational deviations, ensuring root causes are identified and corrective actions are implemented.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams effectively.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environments.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in logistics, engineering, or sciences-oriented fields.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
