GSK HIV Team looking for a Brand Manager to drive the HIV Therapeutic Areas business. This role will focus on building and implementing innovative marketing plans, leading all Brand Team members to meet brand objectives, and achieving optimal engagement of healthcare professionals/societies. Responsibilities:
- Guide the HIV Brand Team in brand planning and implementation, including analysis of market dynamics, development of commercial models, strategy adaptation to local contexts.
- Coordinate and execute new product launches to ensure successful market entry and brand growth.
- Execute Brand operational/tactical plans by collaborating closely with other Brand Team members (sales, medical, market access, finance).
- Lead Market Insight and guide decisions by understanding customers’ needs and external environment.
- Use and interpret appropriate data/evidence to inform and/or make robust strategic and investment decisions.
- Understand all communication channels (traditional and digital) and use them appropriately to meet patient needs.
- Manage A&Ps budget allocation and ensure appropriate allocation of resources.
- Serve as the key contact with medical/external scientific associations and assist in the development and implementation of activities such as collaborations, events, congresses, and sales meetings.
- Collaborate with other therapeutic area teams to maximize competitiveness and align strategy across brands.
- Monitor performance by tracking and evaluating defined measures and apply learning to improve short- and long-term business results.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal guidelines.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent with Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences specialization (Postgraduate degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in specialty brand(s) or other key/leadership commercial role(s) in specialty
- Experience supporting or leading new product launches in specialty care
- Proven ability to lead in a matrix organization
- HIV therapy/marketing track record is considered an additional advantage.
- Fluent Greek & English knowledge, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong initiative and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
