Job Responsibilities:

Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead, Travel Expense Management Services for our location in Austria to start as soon as possible. Supporting Magna in optimizing global operational financial processes in the Concur system, coordinating / supporting / managing monthly, quarterly and annual final reports related to business travel benefits; ensures compliance with tax and legal requirements and established deadlines; etc.

Main Duties

  • Actively supporting the team in processing travel expenses
  • Responsibility for meeting deadlines, whether for support/training/correct completion of expense reports, reporting (e.g. taxes), audits (internal/external) or ad hoc requests
  • Carrying out projects together with our internal customers and aggregating the value of new companies and customers
  • Supporting and continuously developing the global Concur expense management team with the aim of harmonising processes across all groups and companies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or similar major

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2–3-year experience in managing a team

Skills

  • 100% team player.
  • Hands on mentality.
  • Pronounced affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking.
  • In-depth knowledge and subject matter expert in SAP Concur
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
  • Structured and independent way of working with a corresponding sense of responsibility.
  • Very good MS Office knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and oral), German beneficial.

Work Environment

Regular overnight travel 10-25% of the time
