Summary

As a 340B Analyst you ensure all 340B contract pharmacies are overseen and in compliance with the program. Your strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality is essential in maintaining program regulation and success.

Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Auditing. Audit for compliance with OPA/HRSA and other regulatory bodies; review Pharmacy Benefit Management dashboards to audit data and interact with pharmacies; ensure pharmacy information system is up to date; audit contract pricing to ensure accuracy and manage the drug return process; identify reimbursement and revenue opportunities
  • Analysis. Track, trend and report pharmaceutical sales and purchases; perform statistical, cost and financial analysis of data
  • Documentation & Reporting. Develop and update documents, processes and procedure for daily operations and monthly financial reporting; prepare reports based on the contract pharmacy’s business operations revenue and expenses
