Are you ready to move beyond cold calls and step into a strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) role where you drive revenue from a massive, warm user base?
We're not just looking for someone to qualify leads; we're looking for a Product-Led Growth (PLG) champion to join our Identity segment team, focusing on our Identity Verification and Electronic Signature (Signhost) solutions. With hundreds of new organizations using our free products every week, you'll be the pivotal force converting these engaged users into high-value customers.

Your Primary Mission
Your focus will be on our existing freemium users—your warmest leads. You will use a combination of qualitative, personalized outreach and sophisticated automated sequences to strategically engage these users. The ultimate goal is to generate qualified opportunities and drive significant revenue growth from this high-potential user base.
Beyond direct sales, you will play a crucial role in optimizing the entire freemium customer journey, working closely with our Marketing and Product teams to enhance user experience and maximize conversion pathways.
Core Responsibilities
- Freemium Conversion: Strategically engage freemium users to convert them directly to paid accounts or qualify them as Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- PLG Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve the freemium-to-paid journey and conversion funnel, working to optimize both Onfido’s and Signhost’s PLG funnels.
- Lead Generation & Scaling: Scale targeted outbound efforts and execute campaigns to support two distinct product lines (Identity Verification and Signhost E-Signature), generating leads across both SMB and Enterprise segments.
- Strategic Growth: Manage and drive the entire PLG process for our segment in FY26, significantly increasing the strategic importance and impact of your work.
What You’Ll Bring
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch is essential.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand customer needs, articulate value propositions effectively, and manage a high volume of warm leads.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce or Pipedrive and sales engagement/outreach tools is highly desirable.
- Collaborative Spirit: A genuine collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- PLG Advantage: Experience with freemium/Product-Led Growth (PLG) models is a significant advantage.
