• Train branches on FX and the electronic channels.
• Servicing and farming new accounts and new FX clients for SME segment.
• Set the daily OTC and Multi Currency Feature (MCF)  FX rates for branches the digital channels.
• Perform daily squaring of FX Counter Rate and Multi Currency Feature Transactions.
• Take charge of the e-channel such as Retail Internet Banking, ConnectFirst and Reuters Electronic Trading.
• Attending to SME customers’ issues or complaint on our delivery channels.
• Assist SME FX Head to formulate effective sales campaign to promote HLB’s FX services targeting the mass market and SME clients.
• Organizing events – promotions, seminars, trainings, appreciation luncheon/dinner etc.
• Generate MIS and reports to update management on the business / campaign progress.
