Job Description Summary

Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Intern supports the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and processes in alignment with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. This role contributes to the achievement of the Company’s quality objectives and offers hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and revision of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of QMS document archives.
  • Prepare documentation for product QA release (introduction  into civil circulation).
  • Assist in preparing documentation for annual quality control of products.
  • Support deviation, change control, and customer complaint management, including preparation of accompanying documentation.
  • Work within Company electronic systems that are used for management of QMS operations.
  • Collect and conduct preliminary analysis of data for GDP supplier audit preparation.
  • Maintain the audit schedule for regional GDP service providers and monitor audit completion.
  • Support the preparation of KPI reports related to regional audit performance.
  • Manage internal documentation and correspondence with GDP partners.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Complete all required Company training and adhere to applicable policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Last year student (2026 or 2027 graduation year) in pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of QMS and GDP principles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English language skills at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
