Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related field required.
- 5+ years in a business or analyst position required.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce required, with Salesforce Administration experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Quoting Tools, Oracle, and the Lead-to-Quote process.
- Tableau or similar data visualization software experience preferred but not required.
- Passion for learning and continuous education regarding go-to-market strategies, processes, and the IT industry.
- Strong problem identification and solution development skills.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects on time.
- Demonstrated success in leading small projects and initiatives.
- Flexibility to multi-task, adapt to change, and work independently.
- Effective and timely communication skills.
- Proactive, “whatever it takes” attitude and work ethic.

A Brief Overview:
The Senior Analyst BAA position resides within the Sales Operations Business Architecture and Analytics team and interacts directly with Sales Operations, IT Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and other analytics teams throughout the business. The Senior Analyst will assist business users in gathering key data elements of their assigned responsibilities to make more informed decisions. This person helps drive awareness, enablement, growth, and profitability of customer and partner engagements. Detailed and timely communication is critical to the success of this role, as well as the consistent execution of the responsibilities listed below. In addition, we are specifically seeking candidates with Salesforce experience, ideally with Salesforce Administration skills (e.g., managing users, permissions, automation, workflows, and reporting). This expertise will help ensure our Sales Operations tools and processes are optimized to support a growing and evolving organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and proactive analysis for process design, revision, implementation, and improvements.
- Define and communicate software enhancement recommendations.
- Identify and translate business requirements for new customers while coordinating with Sales and Business Development.
- Partner closely with business users to understand processes and provide thoughtful data, reports, and analyses.
- Translate business questions into reporting and analytical requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Sales Operations, with strong Salesforce Admin capabilities including:
- Create and deliver innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems.
- Connect user needs to emerging technology in order to design tools, techniques, and approaches that deliver optimal results.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution for complex problems.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize productivity for projects and programs.
- Participate in designing end-to-end solutions with the business, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical counterparts to ensure functional requirements are successfully delivered as technical solutions.
- Identify improvement opportunities through peer reviews and process evaluations.
- Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Creating and optimizing reports and dashboards
- Supporting data integrity efforts (deduplication, validation rules, automation).
- Building and maintaining workflows, flows, and approval processes.
