Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to work under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, supporting the execution of Evolt’s international campaigns and digital activities. This is a hands-on implementation role, ideal for a data-driven marketer who excels at analysis, segmentation, reporting, and precision. You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, as well as managing automation, SEO, and reporting through platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, Webflow, and SEMrush.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Implement advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads with accurate setup, targeting, and reporting.
• CRM & Automation: Support marketing workflows, nurture streams, and sequences in HubSpot, using AI tools to improve efficiency and personalisation.
• Email Marketing: Execute targeted campaigns in Klaviyo and HubSpot, including segmentation and performance tracking.
• SEO & AI SEO: Assist in international SEO activities, including keyword research, technical optimisation, and AI-driven search strategies.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Build reports and analyse campaign performance to provide actionable insights to the Head of Marketing.
• Website Support: Assist in Webflow updates, testing, and optimisation to align with campaigns and improve conversions.
• Market Segmentation: Create and maintain precise audience lists for multi-region campaigns.
• Quality & Accuracy: Ensure exceptional attention to detail across all campaign activities and outputs.

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience in digital marketing execution, ideally in B2B, SaaS, health tech, or fitness/wellness industries.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, AI tools, reporting).
• Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Solid knowledge of Webflow and SEMrush.
• Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI SEO tools.
• Reporting and data analysis skills with exceptional accuracy and detail.
• Organised, detail-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced, global markets.
