Who Are We Looking For?

If you’re a Recruiter and have:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in an IT environment (either in-house or agency)
• A degree in psychology, communications, humanities or a similar field
• Experience in setting up, preparing, and leading end to end recruitment process, ensuring an adequate candidate assessment
• Well-versed in writing and updating job descriptions and specifications 
• Skills in screening resumes and assessing applications
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Interview and assessment experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and motivation for learning and process optimization
• Familiarity with HR databases, ATS (ideally TalentLyft), or HRIS tools (a plus)

Job Description

Your primary focus will be recruitment, including:

• Contributing to recruitment efforts and helping promote the company’s employer brand
• Managing e2e recruitment process including communication with internal stakeholders
• Creating and updating job descriptions and specifications
• Preparing job ads and posting them to the right channels
• Sourcing candidates through databases, social media and networking
• Screening applications, conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Supporting new hires through onboarding and integration
• Building lasting relationships with candidates
