What You’Ll Do:

• Develop and implement safety management plans to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate high-risk workshops and provide onsite guidance for safety improvements.
• Conduct site inspections, manage incident reporting, and lead investigations.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure subcontractor safety compliance and maintain records in Hammertech.
• Drive safety initiatives and contribute to creating a culture of safety excellence.

Who You Are:

• Experienced: 5+ years in construction safety roles with a proven track record.
• Qualified: Diploma or Cert IV in Occupational Health and Safety, with strong legislative knowledge.
• Skilled Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Organised: Strong time management and proficiency with tools like Hammertech.
