Over recent years, we have successfully diversified in Australia and New Zealand through the development of an e-commerce marketplace for Thermomix® accessories and premium kitchenware. 

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a creative learning professional who understands adult learning principles and modern content design. In this role, you’ll develop engaging e-learning training programs based on feedback sessions and help drive continuous improvement across our field team's learning content. Offered as a 6-month contract, this role is a great opportunity to make a real impact on the team’s delivery.

• Design new innovative e-learning content and materials
• Redevelop training modules that are outdated
• Coordinate the roll out of training and feedback sessions
• Updating resources to be current, accessible, and effective
• Contribute to field projects with training and content insights
• Play an important role in content continuous improvement through feedback and engagement

What We’Re Looking For:

To be successful in this role you have technical and design skills and experiences that lean well into to developing innovative training that will be rolled out to a broad audience. You will be open to change and accept feedback, as well as have strong communication skills to build relationships quickly both across the business and with external vendors.

• Experience in instructional or e-learning design desired
• Creative content creator with strong visual communication skills
• Hands-on familiarity with LMS platforms
• Adaptable, open to feedback, and passionate about continuous learning
• Experience using Canva, Articulate Storyline 360 and Powtoon skills (highly regarded)
• Confident communicator and relationship builder
• Organised, detail-focused, and able to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Direct Selling or Thermomix AU/NZ is a bonus
• Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
