We’re looking for a seasoned and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of our core payments products. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the future of our payments product suite, directly impact customer success and influence the future of Fat Zebra.

Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Marketing, you’ll drive the discovery, design, and launch of new features and enhancements that empower our customers businesses to accept payments more effectively.

Some of what you'll be doing:

• Product strategy & vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision & strategy for our payments products. Prioritise initiatives using data-driven insights and customer feedback.
• Customer-focused development: Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Product roadmap: Drive development of the payments product roadmap. Collaborate with the team to prioritise features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals.
• Execution & delivery: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, technical scoping, and release management.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven Experience: Product Management experience in payments, leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business vision and customer needs into detailed, actionable roadmaps.
• Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in interpreting market trends, customer data, and product usage insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborative Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing and aligning diverse teams, particularly in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
• Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of the Australian payments ecosystem, including local schemes and merchant requirements.
• Working in payments or fintech related businesses will be mandatory.
