Product Director, Brooklyn Direct Indexing
The Product Director role is at the intersection of project management and business development. This role will manage external integrations and project initiatives, shape roadmap priorities, and partner with leadership on strategic product launches.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work directly with clients and partners to capture requests, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
• Distill client feedback into structured backlog items, separating urgent needs from long-term enhancements
• Partner with engineering, portfolio management, and client success to ensure our platforms and integrations deliver value
• Manage relationships with technology and service providers, ensuring we receive quality outcomes and on-time delivery
• Over time, own key product areas, shape roadmap discussions, and help define new features that support our advisory business and drive the highest marginal revenue
• Contribute to demos, presentations, and sales as part of the broader product leadership team

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
