ADP is hiring a Lead UX Designer.

Are you inspired by transformation and making an impact on the lives of millions of people every day?

Are you empathic to client needs and committed to leveraging research to create elegant, easy-to-use experiences?

If so, this may be the role for you. Ready to design what's next?

In this role, you will be a key design leader on a highly creative and intelligent team building innovative solutions for everyday workers. As our Lead UX Designer for Lyric’s Benefits features, you will shape design direction, coach other designers, and ensure the team builds tools that our customers love. Your work will touch millions of end-users (no pressure), and your leadership will raise the bar for what great design looks like at ADP.

As a Lead UX Designer, you will leverage your full range of user experience design, design systems, and service design expertise to craft and guide innovative solutions for our Benefits team. Our best UX Leads balance holistic thinking with hands-on design execution, influencing at both strategic and tactical levels. You’ll use your curiosity to uncover client problems, apply systems thinking to complex workflows, and mentor others in building thoughtful, scalable experiences.

To thrive in this role, you should have experience influencing product direction, leading design critiques, and partnering with senior stakeholders. Integrity, resilience, and creativity are must-haves in this job. As with any role in UX design, you will have challenges that should inspire you to create something better, not weigh you down. We're looking for a leader with a hunger to try new things, elevate design practices, and deliver impact at scale. You'll be accountable for something significant: the uncompromising quality and usability of products that impact people's lives.
