About This Job

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented intern to support our social media and content marketing efforts. This role blends hands-on content creation with strategic support across community management, influencer coordination, and campaign execution. You’ll gain experience in both the creative and operational sides of digital marketing.

Content Creation & Design

• Produce creative assets including graphics, videos, motion content, carousels, Reels, TikToks, and LinkedIn visuals.
• Capture original content (photos, b-roll, event coverage) and adapt it for platform-specific formats (e.g., vertical vs. horizontal, short vs. long form).
• Edit and refine video content to ensure high-quality, engaging final assets.
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
• Stay current on visual and social design trends and propose innovative ideas.

Social Media Management

• Assist with scheduling, formatting, and proofreading social media posts.
• Maintain and update the content calendar for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Support community management during peak times by monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages.
• Conduct trend and competitive research to inform content strategy.

Influencer & Campaign Support

• Help with influencer outreach and coordination (list building, communication support).
• Partner with content specialists to support influencer content packages and paid creative needs.
• Provide on-the-ground support for event coverage and campaign launches.

Project & Platform Operations

• Assist with project management in Workfront by maintaining organized asset libraries and content trackers.
• Support social listening tasks (tagging, sentiment coding).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
