The Role

Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Senior Leadership Team, the Marketing & eCommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping Wittner’s brand direction and growth. You’ll lead a small, passionate team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns, elevate the digital experience, and drive customer engagement across all touchpoints.

In this role you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding both brand marketing initiatives and eCommerce performance to grow revenue, customer loyalty, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team to identify and implement digital initiatives, including paid media, email marketing, CRM, SEO, and website optimisation.
• Partner with Sales Channel Leads to develop channel activation plans and sales tools
• Build and mentor a team of four direct reports, fostering a high-performing, creative, and collaborative culture.
• Work with external agencies and partners to maximise local marketing, PR, and brand visibility opportunities.
• Monitor and report on P&L drivers for campaigns and initiatives, ensuring decisions are data-informed and commercially sound.
• Deliver post-launch campaign reviews to continuously improve performance and decision-making.

About You

• Proven experience leading marketing and eCommerce functions, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of both brand marketing and digital/eCommerce channels, with a track record of driving measurable growth.
• Experienced people leader: able to inspire, develop, and manage small teams effectively.
• Commercially minded, comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and P&L impact.
• Creative thinker with the ability to translate strategy into engaging campaigns and seamless customer experiences.
• Passion for fashion and footwear, with a keen eye for trends, design, and consumer behavior.

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in retail fashion or footwear including project management, brand marketing experience and eCommerce
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms
• Previous experience managing and guiding a small team
• Great presentation skills
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills, demonstrating high level of capability in managing multiple priorities and managing stakeholders
• Proven experience with multi-channel planning and execution
• Ideally familiar with overseas markets
• You will be process driven, have the ability to set and maintain high standards, be able to deliver consistently to deadlines and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and demonstrating strong influencing and negotiation skills.
