SAP HCM Payroll Lead

• Identify project scope and define requirements for business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create functional and technical specifications to support project objectives.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and support change management efforts.
• Utilize deep functional and industry expertise to guide project direction.

Here'S What You Will Need:

• Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
• Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Advanced knowledge of data integration techniques.
• Intermediate understanding of project management methodologies.
• Expert proficiency in business process analysis.
