Position Details

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role as medical coordinator overseeing a small 8-bed personal care home (PCH) and assisting residents diagnosed with mental illness. Residents are mostly independent with activities of daily living (ADLs) and need prompting or light assistance.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Must possess an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or GED required
