We are seeking a creative and strategic Sr. Graphic Designer/Content Strategist to elevate Watts’ brand presence through compelling visuals, storytelling, and innovative design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating impactful experiences across digital, print, video, and experiential platforms.
This position reports to the Manager, Content Marketing. This role is hybrid and is based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties And Responsibilities:
- Lead ideation and visual design for integrated campaigns, including digital ads, social media, email, web, print, trade shows, and motion graphics projects
- Develop and refine creative advertising concepts and imagery to support various marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, corporate communications, and external agencies/vendors.
- Own and evolve the brand identity, ensuring consistency and innovation across all channels.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of content marketing and graphic design trends and emerging technologies to keep Watts’ creative output fresh and competitive.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools and workflows to enhance creative output, efficiency, and storytelling.
- Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Manager, Content Marketing or Company management.
- Responsibility directly tied to Watts Values: Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, Transparency.
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%, including occasional travel to trade shows, team meetings, and vendor sites.
Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the [insert office] location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
- Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects (up to 15-20 pounds), such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.

What You’Ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, content marketing, or a related creative role, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and ability to learn new tools as needed.
- A portfolio of work demonstrating creative impact across digital, print, and motion design.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to the evolution of visual identity systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Working knowledge of print and web production standards and file management best practices.
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, including [insert checks], as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and a passion for exploring new technologies.
- Experience mentoring or coaching others to strengthen team creativity and capability.
- Exposure to front-end web design or basic web development concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to content strategy alongside visual design.
The expected salary range for this position is $92,000-100,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
