Grill’d is turning up the heat in Wanneroo with a brand-new Drive Thru restaurant – and we want YOU to help bring the vibes, the speed, and the epic service.

We’re looking for Drive Thru legends who thrive in fast-paced environments, love working as a team, and know how to keep things moving while keeping it fresh.

🚨 Essential: Previous experience in QSR, hospitality, or fast-paced customer service.

⭐ Desirable: Prior Drive Thru experience – if you’ve worked the headset, smashed speed targets, and stayed cool under pressure, you’ll fit right in!

What You’Ll Be Doing

• Keeping the Drive Thru lane firing with energy, speed, and great service
• Working across multiple stations – dress bench, grill, chips, and till
• Prepping fresh ingredients and delivering delicious, high-quality food
• Owning your station and helping the team smash every shift
• Keeping things clean, safe, and smooth

What We’Re Looking For

• Previous QSR, hospitality experience is essential
• Previous Drive Thru experience is desirable
• You bring the energy, pace, and confidence to handle the rush
• You’re a team player who communicates clearly and gets things done
• You care about the customer experience – every time
