Why we need you

We are seeking a Growth Marketer specializing in Lead Generation to drive the acquisition and optimization of leads for our online casino brands. This role is responsible for designing and executing campaigns that generate high-quality leads, while also segmenting and nurturing existing leads to maximize conversion into depositing customers.

The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and comfortable managing the entire lead funnel — from acquisition to re-engagement — using a mix of paid media, content funnels, quizzes, forms, and remarketing strategies.

What you’ll be doing

As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Acquisition – Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to generate new leads through multiple channels (paid, social, affiliates, content funnels, quiz-based experiences, etc.).
  • Lead Segmentation – Analyze and segment incoming leads based on defined criteria (geo, intent, engagement, deposit likelihood) to determine whether to remarket, nurture, or convert directly.
  • Funnel Optimization – Influence and refine onboarding journeys to improve conversion rates from lead → registration → first deposit.
  • Remarketing & Nurture – Build re-engagement campaigns for colder leads through email, retargeting, and community channels.
  • Campaign Management – Develop A/B tests, monitor performance, and optimize cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Collaboration – Partner with product, CRM, and creative teams to align on messaging, offers, and customer experience strategies.
  • Reporting & Insights – Track performance metrics, provide actionable insights, and report on ROI of lead-gen campaigns.

 Essential skills you’ll bring to the table

The necessary skills that we require for this role include:

  • 3+ Years' proven experience running lead-gen campaigns at scale.
  • Ability to plan, allocate, and optimize spend for lead generation and remarketing campaigns.
  • Lifecycle Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of acquisition, retention, and loyalty levers to maximize customer lifetime value
  • Data-Driven Mindset – Strong analytical skills to evaluate funnel performance and identify opportunities.
  • Ability to collaborate with design, dev, and AI video generation tools.

Desirable skills you’ve got up your sleeve

It would be great if you also have some of the following skills:

  • Experience in the iGaming or casino industry.
  • Paid Media Expertise – Hands-on knowledge of running Meta, Google, programmatic, and native campaigns.
  • Quiz & Funnel Design – Experience building interactive lead funnels that pre-qualify and warm up leads.
  • A/B Testing & CRO – Familiarity with experimentation frameworks to improve conversion across funnels.
  • Affiliate Marketing – Exposure to affiliate-based lead-gen models.
  • Community Engagement – Understanding of leveraging communities (Discord, Telegram, etc.) to nurture and convert leads.
