Main Responsibilities
1. Supervise and support the sales team in executing the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, offering, and sales closing.
2. Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns to increase sales.
3. Maintain and strengthen strong relationships with customers.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2. At least 2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the logistics, shipping or supply chain industry.
- 3. Proven ability in communication, negotiation, and building strong client relationships.
- 4. Familiarity with logistics operations, freight forwarding, and transportation services will be an advantage.
- 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 6. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- 7. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- 8. Results-driven and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- 9. Willingness to travel for client visits or business meetings as required.
