Project Manager – Developer Experience, Performance and Insights

You will Project Manage the timely development of integrated, adaptive and optimised long-term integrated Master Plans for assets, systems and regions that achieve the organisations objectives, priorities, obligations and customer insights.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Leverage your expertise in the Growth and Development business to document processes and capabilities, informing the solution design and build of the Developer Connect platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights into current operations and future business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with UX designers, Business Analysts, and other project team members to ensure business needs are accurately captured and reflected in the solution design.
  • Partner with Change Management and Communications teams to support the development and delivery of learning and training initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  •  Provide post-launch training and digital support to internal and external users of the Developer Connect platform, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal user experience.
  • Ensuring project schedules are developed, updated, monitored and managed in line with the business expectations and that project schedule milestones are defined, measured, managed and met.

About You

  • 3+ years' experience within Growth & Development or related business working with developer customers, Local Councils, NSW planning authorities and approval/planning gateways.
  • In-depth understanding of legislative and compliance requirements related to the Sydney Water developer journey.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a proven track record of adapting to changing priorities and delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience in working within development servicing / customer service / planning environment, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and collaborate effectively across a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to evaluate options and provide strategic, well-informed recommendations.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
