We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join us at Telia.
I’m Mantas Šegžda, Head of newly established TechOps team in Lithuania and looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer. This team will collaborate internationally with experienced colleagues and partners, who have built and currently maintain the Service Hub - Telia’s internal integration and feature add-on platform.
What You’Ll Do:
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role that contributes to the stability, performance, and automation of modern cloud environments and delivery pipelines that power critical B2B IT and communication services. You will:
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and enable observability through monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing tools.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support availability and incident response.
- Operate and improve cloud infrastructure across AWS, UpCloud, and Welkin Kubernetes environments
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices: security automation, code scanning, and vulnerability remediation.
What will help you thrive in this role:
This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building, operating, and securing robust cloud environments, driving innovation and reliability in a high-performing engineering team. You also need:
- Experience with Linux-based systems and IP networking fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Java, Bash, JavaScript/TS - Java is especially valued for application-level troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
- Practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
- Knowledge of IaC, ideally with Terraform or Ansible.

Monthly salary range for this position 3500-6400 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. The final offer may vary depending on skills and experience.
