Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We’re now seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to support the growth of our accessories business and ensure the highest standards in the development, testing, and launch of new accessory parts for vehicle conversion, special editions, and dealer fitment.

About The Role

As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that every part meets Nissan’s global quality standards. You’ll work closely with suppliers, engineers, and internal teams to monitor product issues, validate new parts and processes, and support quality audits. This role offers exposure to a wide variety of products and functions, making it ideal for someone with a strong quality mindset and the drive to implement and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage parts and accessories quality assurance for new and existing products
• Lead product issue monitoring and develop effective countermeasures
• Conduct supplier quality management, audits, and PPAP validation
• Maintain and introduce the Nissan Product Quality Procedure (NPQP) with suppliers
• Support engineering teams with prototypes, RFQs, and supplier evaluations
• Collaborate with Nissan’s global quality divisions and regional partners to align on best practices
• Report and track monthly issues, ensuring timely countermeasure implementation

About You

• Experience in an automotive engineering or quality role
• Strong knowledge of automotive development processes (e.g., NPQP, PPAP, DFMEA)
• Experience with supplier audits, warranty analysis, and quality systems (ISO/TS/IATF)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying risks and solutions
