We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage all supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, global organization and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

What You’Ll Do

• Oversee all logistics for Medison ANZ, including 3PL/4PL (inbound, customs clearance, storage, transportation, order-to-cash) and trade relations.
• Lead the development of product supply plans and manage local inventory levels to pre-defined targets.
• Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process with internal and external partners.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and ensure 3rd party warehouse performance meets KPIs.
• Act as the local Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC and support finance on partner reporting.
• Review and forecast operations budgets.
• Provide leadership and guidance in a global, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of ANZ pharmaceutical/biotech market operations.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and negotiating with suppliers.
• Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and ability to work independently.
• Collaborative, patient-first mindset with strong business acumen.
