Digital Media Manager

An excellent opportunity (permanent full time) now exists for a Digital Media Manager with a media or digital agency background to step into the industry and manage the media of our insurance portfolio. To ensure the achievement of business objectives, you will contribute to the development of the insurance marketing strategy across all media channels. We're looking for someone who can manage, and direct agencies with great attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights

What will you be doing?        

• Lead the development and execution of the media strategy for the General Insurance portfolio, encompassing all media channels including Digital and ATL.
• Produce performance insight reports for campaigns, delivering clear, data-driven recommendations to optimise results.
• Oversee key media initiatives, contributing to planning and implementing the media maturity roadmap.
• Manage and monitor the marketing media budget, driving continuous improvement through rigorous analysis and ROI-focused decision-making.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media agency partners, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• What are we looking for in you?
• The ideal candidate will be an analytical marketer with great attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights. In addition, you will also have: 
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related discipline;
• Experience working in media roles, ideally in a media agency or digital agency;
• Experience managing a media agency, understanding of digital tools and platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics;
• Experience in building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
