We are looking for a People Systems Partner to join our global People Systems & Data team. This is a small but high-impact team with significant opportunity to improve how our HR technology ecosystem operates.
This role will be accountable for optimising our HR systems, ensuring data quality, and enabling smooth, automated data flows across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a trusted systems advisor, you will drive improvements, lead key integrations, and ensure our people technologies deliver maximum value for the business.
What you will do to be successful in this role as People Systems Partner
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise and configure HR systems to improve functionality, user experience, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, upgrades, and new integrations, ensuring business requirements are met before deployment.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to automate and integrate systems, reducing manual interventions.
- Lead collaboration with People Operations, TA, IT, and business stakeholders to design and deliver streamlined processes and optimised data flows.
- Take ownership for ensuring high standards of data quality, integrity, and consistency across all people systems, embedding sustainable controls and governance.
- Proactively manage and resolve system issues, coordinating with vendors or IT where required, and ensuring timely, lasting resolutions.
- Document system processes, configurations, and data flows clearly and consistently.
- Support HR and business teams with system training, guidelines, and user procedures.
- Monitor, review, and improve system performance, ensuring technologies are fit for purpose.
- Stay up to date on HR technology trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.
- Drive change initiatives, embedding new processes and ways of working across the organisation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of HR and people processes in a global context.
- Hands on experience with working with HR systems (e.g., core HCM, ATS, performance or learning platforms).
- Knowledge of system integrations, data flows, and data validation techniques.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex system challenges into practical solutions for end users.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP)
- Knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, etc.)
- Hands on experience in building smart workflows to drive automation
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices
- Ability to train and support end users Microsoft power platform
- Experience working with APIs to extract and integrate data from HR and business systems.
