• What You’ll Be Doing
• • Strategize for Success: Be the trusted advisor for clients, delivering data-driven insights that elevate campaign performance.
• • Optimize with Precision: Audit and enhance PPC campaigns, build pacing reports, and run A/B tests to fine-tune results.
• • Report with Impact: Deliver clear, actionable reporting—weekly, monthly, and ad hoc—to keep clients informed and confident.
• • Collaborate & Present: Join client meetings, present findings, and work cross-functionally to align strategies with goals.
• • Grow Organic Reach: Shape SEO strategies and provide reporting that drives visibility and engagement.
• • Advise & Innovate: Identify new marketing opportunities and troubleshoot performance issues using best practices and fresh ideas.
• • Drive ROI: Partner with sales to grow accounts and maximize campaign impact.
• What You Bring
• 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house).
• 2+ years of campaign management with strong SEM/SEO knowledge.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
• A creative, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple clients and platforms while meeting SLAs.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $40,000 and $60,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
