Key Responsibilities

Process • Check and verify carefully applications against approved policies and recommend to Approval Officer(s)/Manager for approval/decline. • Ensure the service standard is met, verification task is within the service level agreement. • Ensure effective functional support to Sales staffs, respond to credit-related made by Sales staffs. • Timely escalate to Line Manager where there is a risk of assigned work cannot be completed within SLA. • Identify the process gap and proactively contribute initiatives to improve/streamline the process. • Handle additional tasks assigned, provide support to the team and/or other departments or projects assigned to an individual. These can be assigned based on business requirement at the time or a development opportunity or can be due to individual's volunteering. People • Proactive participate in the Bank and team’ activities, contribute initiatives to increase employee engagement. Regulatory Compliance • Ensure compliance with all Group and Local requirements and internal/external Auditors. • Ensure all e-learning and classroom training courses are completed on-time.

Requirement:

• Good knowledge of Retail Banking products and services • Good knowledge of fraud detection • Good time management and self-discipline to execute assigned tasks within timeline • Good credit sense and understand how to balance between risk and customer-oriented • Good command of computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint …) • Good at written and spoken English and Vietnamese • Hard working, strong team spirit, willing to support team members and work together to achieve the team’s goal • Self-motivated and eager to learn • Able to adapt well to new environment and to work/cooperate with other departments.
