Manager, Enterprise Risk Analytics MY

Support the design, development, and implementation of risk analytics solutions using Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. The role focuses on translating business problems into analytical tasks, managing data preparation, and delivering insights that strengthen risk management and process improvements across Group Risk.

Technical and Analytical Capability

• Work with AVP and senior stakeholders to identify and scope analytics use cases.
• Develop and implement risk analytics solutions (ML models, NLP applications, Generative AI prototypes) under guidance.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and transformation to prepare structured datasets for analysis.
• Conduct performance monitoring of deployed models and assist in recalibration exercises.
• Document model development, validation results, and technical specifications for internal review.
• Support pilot runs, user acceptance testing, and assist in deployment pipelines.

People Management – Customer & Employee Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Technology, Compliance) to deliver analytics solutions.

Communicate findings clearly and provide actionable insights for business use.
