Key Responsibilities

Strategy And Planning:

  • Participating in the operational product management of Liability products of Consumer Banking including: product designing, product execution, product performance management.
  • Participating to define features, pricings and offers of the consumer banking Liability products under the bank’s new digital banking approach.

Product and Business Performance

  • Undertake the financial models for budgets and P&Ls of Liability products.
  • Liaising with Partnership Product, Marketing and Partnership in planning, budgeting and executing the launching, marketing and distribution of liability product.
  • Coordinate with Operations to design and be responsible for end-to-end operation processes of liability product focusing on seamless and frictionless user journey and best possible user experience.
  • Foster the culture of enhancing customer experience in the development of product offerings aligned to customer needs and adopt design thinking methodology in the whole product conceptualisation, design and user flow.
  • Work with relevant departments to design and oversee delivery of product training

Team Work

  • Work closely with Technology and Digital Delivery team, Risk and Compliance as appropriate to enact product systems and process set up/ continuous enhancement
  • Cultivate an environment that supports diversity and reflect CIMB brand and culture.

Regulatory Compliance

· Responsible for the compliance and regulatory aspect of each product in the suite and portfolio in charge.

Qualifications

Banking / Finance / Business degree and equivalent functional experience

5 years experience in consumer banking or retail banking liability product management in a well established foreign bank or local joint stock bank or consumer finance company.

  • Knowledge of Vietnam banking industry and macro-economy environment
  • Knowledge of digital banking products/features/offers from best practice in the world as well as current market situation in Vietnam
  • Knowledge of regulation framework of each product in consumer banking business and digital banking business.
  • Good at English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal communication)
