Digital Product Owner

What you do

Act as the main owner of a1.mk, ensuring, features, and functionalities align with customer and business needs

Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for website enhancements and optimizations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, UX/UI, development, and customer service)

Collect and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics (traffic, conversion, customer journey) and propose improvements

Ensure the website is customer-friendly, responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices

Stay updated on digital trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation

What you offer
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar digital product role
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or enterprise CMS)
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
